4th Annual SSG Jake Hess Memorial Golf Scramble
Friends of Civil Affairs (FOCA) is hosting the 4th Annual Staff Sergeant Jacob Hess Memorial Golf Scramble on June 18, 2024. FOCA is a 501 (C) (19) Veterans Organization that supports Active Component Civil Affairs Soldiers and their Family members. This event will support our Scholarship Fund, Family Readiness Groups, Memorialization Fund and Soldier Programs.
